The term "pro se" is a Latin phrase which is used by the courts to designate you if
you choose to represent yourself. Literally translated it means "for
yourself".
We live in a legal system that becomes more
and more complex everyday, and yet, we are expected to know the law and

counsel. Our legal system empowers us with many rights and privileges.
